Copyright information for RaceReady Dirt

Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, RaceReady Dirt and its related content are owned by RaceReady. This includes the RaceReady and RaceReady Dirt name, logos, branding elements, page design, app layout, screenshots, text, artwork, graphics, and original racing organization tools made for the service.

Protected materials

The following materials are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws:

• Website copy, support content, policy pages, and promotional descriptions.
• App screen designs, interface elements, layouts, and feature presentation.
• Brand assets such as logos, product names, banners, and marketing graphics.
• Screenshots, previews, original artwork, and published visual assets.
• Original setup organization tools, race note structures, and supporting documentation.

Permitted use

You may view, access, and use RaceReady Dirt materials for personal, informational, and non-commercial use related to the normal use of the app or website. This permission does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Restrictions

Without prior written permission from RaceReady, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute RaceReady Dirt content for commercial use.
• Use RaceReady Dirt branding, logos, or screenshots in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
• Modify, sell, license, or create derivative promotional materials from protected RaceReady Dirt content.
• Upload RaceReady Dirt website or app assets to other services as your own content.

User-submitted content

Users may upload notes, race information, photos, and other content into the app. Users retain rights to content they create and upload, but they are responsible for making sure they have the right to submit that content. By submitting content to RaceReady Dirt, users give RaceReady permission to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service.

Third-party rights

Some names, logos, photos, or references appearing in user-submitted content may belong to third parties such as drivers, tracks, sponsors, teams, or manufacturers. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners. RaceReady does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property that may appear in user content.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material on RaceReady Dirt infringes your copyright, contact RaceReady with enough detail to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, and how to reach you. RaceReady may review, remove, or restrict access to disputed material when appropriate.

Updates to this notice

This copyright notice may be updated as RaceReady Dirt grows and its content changes. The updated date on this page will be revised when material changes are made.
